Proper Way to Do Sit Ups

Learn more about the proper way to do sits ups so that you don’t hurt your back, neck or shoulders causing pain and ruining your ability to exercise until you are healed.  Furthermore, if you are already experiencing pain in these areas is best to take it slow and work at a comfortable level for you. Always make sure you are comfortable with your exercises and you can advance as you get more comfortable. If you’ve found it difficult to do sit ups in the past or haven’t done them at all it is highly recommended to what is missing in your sit up routine because it shouldn’t be painful or too difficult to get them started.
