Are cars fun or just useful?
November 21st, 2007Today I am looking at the use of cars in our day to day lives. How much do you use your car? Are you into awesome auto’s?
Typical use of a car for 50% of people is not that of fun, the majority of people tend to use there car to get to work, get out to the shop or driving generally. The Car Statistics Bureaux (UK Motoring Hub) have said that people tend to drive more between the hours of 8am and 6pm than any other, as you would expect.
However there is a different breed of driver, one concerned with the compression ratio of their engine, the bore of their cylinders and the wail of their stainless steel exhaust systems. These are the street racers, a whole different type of driver. Although the do tend to go around buying used cars and pimping them up, its not always a pretty sight, as without proper practice they tend to crash out and smash up fences or houses. So I guess the moral of the story is if your going to drive like a race first practice driving on a track!
